26 08 07 - This show had its moments but these centred solely around 
the guest acts that it was able to muster on the closing night that 
I saw it. As a show the continuity and stage management elements had
all the life of the proverbial, 'dead cat bounce.' It may well have 
had an illustrious, naughty and sexy past but some semblance of this
in the present is really what the paying audience is in attendance 
for. Most of the show consisted of guests, 'Suppository Spelling' 
and 'Lois of the Lane' alternating their two acts which though good
in themselves were really a million miles away from each other in 
genres. Suppository Spelling is an alternative, schlock horror, camp,
transgender drag act. Lois of the Lane executes some quite
accomplished but also lame in parts mime! In all events, there was
a surprise appearance by BUTOH company Zen Zen Zo that stole the 
show with some physical shock and awe, before it became too 
wearisome. The Cave ended on a shockingly bad taste number by Ms 
Spelling claiming the title of 'freakiest bitch in America.'
