09 08 07 - Within 30 seconds, the haunting music and theatrical 
ballet of 'Sorry Love' will have you emoting and by the end of the
one hour and thirty five minute production you may be as emotionally
exhausted as the dancers may be physically drained! The show 
combines a fast paced narrative and artistic perfection throughout
but it also bombards the audience with a dark, emotional assault 
that causes their reception to be a little muted by the end. This
moving story of a dysfunctional couple may strike too many raw 
nerves in a lot of people that may well distract their wider 
artistic appreciation of the show's merits. Laura Macias and Gavin
de Paor, founders of Pasados Dance Company, move artfully and non-
stop through the narrative of this dark story. With voiceover 
narratives, a fusion of tango and physical theatre from Laura Macias
and Gavin de Paor, theatrical devices and some dark humour, we watch
the mismatched couples relationship unravel in the cruellest fashion.
This story is about, 'domestic violence, shattered dreams, false
hopes' and being 'trapped in a violent relationship' they say. 
These contrasts are depicted so well that this tale of hot-blooded
Latin infidelity, betrayal and murder will tear your heart right 
out by the time it reaches its very horrid finale! Short listed for
a 'Total Theatre Award for Best Physical Performance.'
