08 08 07 - You can tell this is going to be a zany, sexy show by the
big white rabbit that comes bounding off the stage and vanishes up 
the aisle as two glamorous ladies in pvc and fishnets pout and pose!
The narrow stage and close proximity of the seating make this an 
intimate experience for cast and audience. The burlesque numbers are
interspersed with multimedia projection on the left, the 
Baby-Warhol, puppet-oracle on the right and Maurice the MC who plays
the spoons and later on balances a feather on his nose! Its not just 
straight burlesque either but rather a intelligent, witty and 
talented stage inspired parody of the genre. The semi, partial 
and almost full nudity is accompanied by accordions, ukuleles, 
Lou Reed and Marilyn Manson pastiches and the themes include
'domination,' Betty Paige, strip-tease and er 'getting dressed from
zero!' The posh troupe of 'gels' interact with and dominate the 
audience effortlessly and their efforts pay off as their reception
is warm and the predominantly 'New Town' crowd is sorry to leave! 
A great show and lots of fun to attend!
